Every town in Grafton County is served by NHSaves, the joint efficiency program funded by Eversource, Liberty Utilities, Unitil and the New Hampshire Electric Co-op. Which of those four sends your bill does not change the rebate — the schedule is identical across all of them.
Income-qualified households in Grafton County access free weatherization through Tri-County Community Action Program, which covers 100% of the cost rather than 75%. That program is separate from the utility rebates and has its own application and waiting list.
